Weather Forecast

I finally got my hotel room in Dubai booked yesterday. I've been trying to get it done through "official" channels at work (cos my employer's paying for the trip) for a couple of weeks now. But it hasn't happened, and hotels are getting full, so i thought i'd better do it myself.
But this morning, the BBC weather forecast for Kabul had bad news... They're forecasting snow for next Wednesday and Thursday now - which will probably mean there won't be any flights leaving on those days, which is a bit of a worry.
Maybe a drive to Peshawar will be necessary, so i'd better find out what's happening about Pakistan visas this morning.
But since i started writing this, it's started snowing again, which isn't forecast on the BBC web site - it's supposed to be sunny today. So maybe there's hope yet.
The snow seems to have stopped the satellite connection working, for some reason, so maybe i won't even be able to post this. We'll see...
