Snow

We got the first bit of snow of the winter today!
It was hardly worth writing about, only a few flakes, really, scattered in among the rain drops. But it was snow, nevertheless. Yuk!
What am i doing here, when i could by lying on an almost deserted beach in the hot sun, with the Pacific Ocean surf crashing on the shore nearby? And i'm off to England for a holiday soon???
It makes ya wonder, doesn't it!
Still, i've got a wood fire in my bedroom, and a beautiful mountain view from the window, a good job, and a few good friends here - so i can't complain.
Some snow on the edges of our street - and plenty on the mountains!
